When I took Interview

Hey!

First I want to tell you that you are an important part of this WordPress community.

So, as I am scaling my business and I took up a task to get some interns on board for a client. So, I took interviews of more than 20 candidates.

They all were good. Some were too lazy to care about the opportunity and I ended up learning more from them.

Keep these stuff in mind,

  1. Be attentive
  2. Be precise & confident.
  3. Know what you are capable of.
  4. Read the Job Description before applying.
  5. Stay true & authentic
  6. Respect!
  7. Don’t take it that easy
  8. Be serious about this interview but not nerdy
  9. Have an opinion. Stick to it! Don’t fumble.
  10. Believe in yourself.

If you have an on-call interview make sure your cellphone is charged.

Make sure you are not standing in the chaotic room or mall. If you are somewhere out ask the HR to call you later and tell about the situation as it is. Otherwise, neither of you will understand any word.

I hope you found this blog helpful.

If you are about to get a call make sure you keep all the stuff I mentioned above in mind.

Let me know how it went in the comments section below.
