We come across with various emotions in our lifetime.
What is it that that makes you angry on earth?
We do hear and have read sometimes that we all need to learn the skill of anger management. Managing anger in good way.
As I always say..
Breathe in 1 2 3
Breathe out 3 2 1
But when all Anger is gathered what happens…? It comes out… The person in front of you.. It could be anybody.. The close relative, your boss.. Can say stupid words.. Say something meaningless. Or… Can make you volcanolike angry…
You will let the emotion out..
You will cry.. You will shout.. You will shout and cry… Many ways..
As we love..
We can get angry…they are emotions anyways…
So, if you are angry speak it out.. Sometimes.. Its good…
Why shall people see the ‘calm’ you always…
